    2. Chris Skinner 0
      Your welcome bud, can't wait to see em
    3. dantullio 0
      Alright. That's my mistake I guess.. alright thanks so much hopefully when summer rolls around ill be posting lots of pictures @Cowboy713
    4. Chris Skinner 0
      Nope, you let em take it and run, then you just start reeling and apply steady pressure
    5. dantullio 0
      That's why I've prob lost those 2 fish then.. Haha so like don't yank the rod ..? That's my mistake I guess I wasn't so sure how true it was ...more @Cowboy713
    6. Chris Skinner 0
      It's true, when the fish swims away the hook turns in their mouth and angles itself in the corner to where when they turn and fight it hooks em
    7. dantullio 0
      This night be a dumb question but I heard with circle hooks you don't have to set the hook like how you normally would with say a bass or something.. True or ...more not..? Apparently it "sets itself" @Cowboy713
    8. Chris Skinner 0
      I like circle hooks personally, but it's really personal preference
    9. dantullio 0
      Circle or something else? @Cowboy713
    10. Chris Skinner 0
      Closer to 4' sounds like your hooks may be a bit small, try more in the 10/0 range
    11. dantullio 0
      Yeah I mean that's why I'm saying 6 Max.. I'm thinking 4-5 ft average .. Uhm razor sharp I believe it was .. They were red if that helps aha @Cowboy713
    12. Chris Skinner 0
      Well bud 6' is a big stretch for 350yds of line, you'd really have your hands full. What brand hook have you used? (Their all sized different)
    13. fishonflyco 0
      Get a Marathon shark rig
    14. dantullio 0
      @Cowboy713
    15. dantullio 0
      Uhm i mean I'm saying 6ft Max and I tried 7/0
    16. Chris Skinner 0
      What size shark are you targeting? And what size circle hook have you tried
    17. dantullio 0
      @Cowboy713
    18. dantullio 0
      Well I haven't exactly rigged it yet but I'm prob doing 250yds 50lb braid, 100yds 50lb mono then 6-8ft steel
    19. Chris Skinner 0
      Need some more info, what exactly is your setup?
