Caught both the male and female the first bed I came across Sunday morning on the Cal Delta! Female committed to the frog, and the male was a tad bit more finicky ...more and took some time to commit to the drop shot. Gotta love spring! #bedfishing

Old pic from a few months ago. Was fishing over a suspended group of baitfish (Shad). Was burning the squarebill back to the boat in about 7 feet of water when this ...more big girl decided to RKO my squarebill! Fish weighed 6.10lbs. Tight lines!

[2.3lb] Pulled this male off a bed while working a new part of the lake. Took me 4 baits, 45 minutes, and a lot of patience....but we goteeeeemmm'!! Only pic ...more I could take before my phone died, couldn't believe it lol. Sorry for my face, haha.

8.5 pound female. Wasn't sight fishing, but must have pulled her off a bed. Fight was unreal.
