    First fish ever on a gulp minnow. Herd a lot about them but never tried them until now and let me tell you they work great!!!! This bass was 4.8ozs

      I've fished this pond many times, and the biggest I've caught went around 2.5 lbs, might have to try this bait lol, nice fish.

    Details: Northern Pike with a Green pumpkin tube on 1/4oz jig

    Caught this 30incher just slowly reeling in. I thought it was a monster smallmouth when it hit, I wish it was, but it was still fun to catch

      @RiverIVIonSterS Tell that to the DEC haha. I know, all it takes is careful footing. But, the city doesn't want any liability for injury. The slope is actually ...more quite slippery.

      It's a safety thing, which I can understand that. Let's face it, those rocks are dangerous and very easy to slip. However, if you are in a boat or kayak ...more you can fish in the harbor still

      Ya we got kicked out to about ten minutes after this picture was taken. Don't know why we are not allowed to fish there? @wyldechylde77

      Very nice! We got kicked out by the Rangers the other day haha. Weren't there not even 10 minutes. It's a shame too, such a great spot but so iffy if DEC ...more allows you to fish or not.

    My pb at 6lbs 3ozs. Went to the pond for carp but ended up fishing for bass. I also caught a two pounder five minutes later

      Yeah, there's some nice bass in there. They're a bit tough to find and certainly far and few between.

    I think this is a rainbow but I'm not sure what the difference is between a bow and a steelhead is. 4-5lber
