    stopped by one of my spots after work...felt her bump my crankbait like 3 times ....slowed it way down and worked it more like a jerkbait and she finally hit it...caught ...more one other small one with the same method...she was 31/2.

      finally skates have one of two dorsal fins on the end of the tail whereas stingrays have one or none dorsal fin at the base of the tail

      quite a few differences. Skates have many nonvenomous sharp horns all over there body where as stingrays have one or two venomous barbs on the tail. Also skates ...more lay eggs and rays give live birth. And

    off work early so I hit one of my hotspots....bite was kinda slow but landed this girl on my 3rd "last cast" ....typical post spawn fish....giant head ...more with a long skinny belly lol came in just under 5 lbs @4.13

    Details: Largemouth Bass with a strike king spinner w/ a white trash skinny dipper shad trailer.

    Finally got the Yak in here to explore....temp was in the mid 80's with a slight breeze....had a pretty productive day. I caught 7 bass 2 chain pickerel and ...more 2 warmouths....this was the nicest she was just a tad under 3 lbs.

    can anyone confirm the species....caught a few of them they hit hard for little guys.

      Ya it definitely looks like a warmouth and is the size of one but the blueish cheeks and orange border around the fins suggests green sunfish as well, anyone can ...more check me on that though

      @seaturtles ...yea bro its mouth was deff larger than a normal sunfish and like I said they fought pretty hard ....thanks.

    got a chance to check out this pond with the yak today....ive fished it before but its not very accessible from the shore and its pretty weeded up but I managed ...more to muscle this fatty out of them.
