  I am catching lots of undersize Northern Pike, 20-23 inches. In Horsehead Lake these can be kept and we seem to have a lot of them in Jehnsen Lake which flows into ...more Horsehead Lake. Seems to me it would also be good to remove these and let the others grow over the 24 inch mark.
