    1. Loaded44... awesome, I follow you as well. I was having trouble with fishidy on my phone so I gave up on it. Thanks for following me. I only follow those who follow ...more my activities as an experiment to find out how many true connections I make. Do you live close to Orange Texas? I live just north of there.

That's a great Sabine fish. I'm "Loaded44" on Fishbrain. I follow you there, too.
    3. I commented above. I'm just getting used to how this app works
    4. Hi Troy Limley . I have an add blocking where I think the reply button should be, but maybe you will see this. Very high water with a lot of current due to flooding ...more conditions. On a normal .... lower water condition there are many, many smaller bass schooling shad at the exact location I posted. They get thick enough right at sun-up, its hard not to fowl-hook one. This bass was laying up in calm water about 10 inches of water and only about 10 to 15 inches of before my rod tip disappeared in the murk.

6 lb. 21 in. Largemouth Bass with a Lure

  4. Details: Calcasieu River

These are primo dead end canals. Bass will flood to these types of areas during the spawn because they are out of the current and have cleaner water. Soft plastics ...more pitched to the base if trees and wood is the deal!

Hey Mike. Do you have any updates on your catches at Toledo Bend from the last 2 weeks?
  5. Details: Calcasieu River

This is another terrific spawning type area. It holds an abundance of trees, dead end canals and most importantly clearer water. Try a Buzzbait during low light ...more conditions and a worm or jig when the sun pops out!

  6. Details: Calcasieu River

This area in watermelon bay is a classic area where bass will spawn. Fish the cypress trees during high tide and look for the submerged stumps during low tide. A ...more Texas rigged creature bait or spinnerbait is hard to beat.

We fish this area often. Seldom do we strike out. I guess our secret is out!
  7. Details: Dead End Canal

Here's another classic Sabine River spawning spot. This areas also has a very deep hole which will hold bass year round. Soft plastic worms and creature baits ...more are hard to beat!

  8. Details: Dead end canal

This is a classic Sabine River spawning spot. Look for dead end canals that have cleaner water and submerged grass. Soft plastics cast to the bank are hard to beat!
