Cypress Creek Fishing Reports

Recently shared catches and fishing spots

  1. Almost pulled my pole in the water.

6 lb. 11 in. Channel Catfish with a raw garlic covered chicken

  2. Damn thing didn’t put up a fight till it got to the edge of the water. Great 5lbs gar for my first catch.

5 lb. Spotted Gar with a live mino

  3. Pretty little baby but too little to leave home in my opinion. So I carefully set him back in the water and he happily swam away as fast as he could.

2 lb. 2 oz. 8 in. Channel Catfish with a Stink bait

  4. The map does not show the lake at the YMCA so I don’t know how old it is considering the lake has been there for almost 10 years now. But this spot is full of catfish ...more stocked to the brim so grab your polls and go get you some. There is no limit on your catches I am unsure if you have to have a fishing license or not but I’m pretty sure if you’re on here you’re pretty serious about fishing so you have a license.

3 lb. 2 oz. 13 in. Black Bullhead Catfish with a Chicken
