  2. Looking to get some new floro carbon line, is this any good? How does it compare to Vicious fluorocarbon? Is that any good?

    1. benski7 0
Yes but it will last longer
    2. Isaac Carey 0

  3. Looking to get some new fluorocarbon line is this any good? How does it compare to Seaguar red label? It that any good?

    1. benski7 0
And seagur is much much better than vicious
    2. fishing_hunting 0
But if u were to choose between this and the red label I would go with the red label @bassman3869
    3. fishing_hunting 0
If u get vicious get the vicious elite @bassman3869

Any fluoro has a lot of memory. I suggest a mono or braid main line and attach it to flouro with a blood knot.
    5. texasfishingkid kid 0
you won't get as much distance but but it's pretty close. I would go with the other it's a similar price
    6. Isaac Carey 0
I'm gonna use it for main line does it have too much memory for that? @fishallday
    7. texasfishingkid kid 0
it's OK I had it it has a lot of memory. but you can really feel the bites with it.but for the price it's pretty good just make sure you tie the right knot.

  4. This is the reel I throw big swims on @Mason_Cizek sorry it's a bad pic it's all I can do right now if you need a better one I can post it tomorrow

    1. Isaac Carey 0
Ya I did too but still better safe than sorry @Blood_Brothers and fluro is much much more abrasion resistant for dragging over wood and the occasional huge pike
    2. Walker Wilson 0
Oh ok that's smart. I've heard though when throwing big baits such as an 8" or bigger, line visibility doesn't really matter too much, because of ...more how committed the fish are to the big bait
    3. Isaac Carey 0
Yes I do I use a j- knot or barrel get the "knot wars app" it's pretty awesome #2 a ways behind this one @Blood_Brothers I want to use a leader of ...more fluro because the braid I think will be to visible
    4. Walker Wilson 0
Do you tie a leader on? Scary throwing big swimbaits on braid...=break off CAST SMOOTH
    5. Tyrone Smith 0

    1. Isaac Carey 0
So far no but I haven't used em yet so I'll tell you ASAP I've got to use em first @fisherman166
    2. jacob kabanuk 0
      Are they worth it? @bassman3869
    3. Isaac Carey 0
      @fisherman166
    4. Isaac Carey 0
      Couple dollars
    5. jacob kabanuk 0
      How much were the grips?
    6. Jasmillertime 0
I have the grips on almost all of my reels
    7. Josh Parker 0
I've got those same grips... they will grow on ya
    8. Gavynb 0
I wasn't sure about mine until I fished in a tourny that was below freezing temps and it made it lots easier to grip the reel handles with cold fingers.
    9. Isaac Carey 0
At first the grips make the reel handle feel big and bulky so I don't know about em so far
