      I fought a heartbreaker off of the area over the tunnel. A good 15 minutes and he would swim for the grass on one side....I would turn him and he would drag me to ...more the other sides I finally got a quick look at him and he was an easy 6 lbs. but was he a bass or a carp? Caught him with just a worm and bobber, and he bumped at it for awhile. Not typical bass. I got him up again and still couldn't get a good look! Meanwhile He went under me to try and go up the tunnel. I finally got him and stupidly tried to lift him rather than walking him to the bank. One quick snap and he was gone But that's where he was going anyway......

    First full day back in NY I decided to hit up the carp lake. Although I couldn't get any carp I still caught several fish. 2 bluegills and maybe close to a dozen ...more of small catfish I caught in maybe 2-3hours. I was casting along the pillars along the dock with both live worms and corn and let it sit for at least 20-25mins before re-casting it.

    Details: Koi with a Corn on a dropshot with a 1/8ounxe weight with a small j hook. 10lb line

    Just got to new york this morning and hit the lake around 1pm. Me and bro were only using one rod each casting about 3-4Feet away from the dock.and i got a nice ...more size pull and was surprised what i caught. The closer the cast to the dock the better it seems. Only fish we caught and looks more like a Koi ,than a carp i think.

      Put that thing on a big circle hook and put it by some structure around dark and be ready for a huge flathead!

    Got some small catfish today on the corn and this was the only double up of the day. Both were caught very close to the dock. Temp 79,no clouds slight wind and very ...more sunny.

    Nice little crappie my bro got. We pitched our worms around the inside of the dock catching a lot of sunnies and bluegill but my bro got this one crappie. Temp 79,very ...more sunny no clouds and slight wind.

    Alright day on the lake today. Didn't get carp bites at all today. All these fish were fish we caught on the side of the bank in about 4-5FOW ,giving the bait ...more jerks. Also we caught our first yellow perch(middle pic) at this lake. Just another species in this small heavy populated lake. Temp 78,little wind and no cloud cover.
