i fish for the enjoyment of eating, so I'd would put 2 or 3 on the cleaning table, they make awesome sammiches!! the only ones that get put back are the ones ...more that are too small according to dept of fish and wildlife, or those full of eggs. they get released in order to make more future sammiches!!!
