  Oh and one more thing 15 dock is on the opposite side of the liquor store and at the liquor store is where u get anchovies

  Also it better a dusk around 5or 6 o'clock but if u stay till dark just remember once the sun goes down all u will catch is rays and little smooth hound sharks ...more so u may want gloves and or a net

  Halibut to 16in spotted bay bass plus the big round stingrays and lots of sand bass my friend got a 24 in wide butterfly ray once if ur gonna go let me know becuz ...more I can prob meet u there

  Then go to the publicly dock on the other side of the street get a 1/32 ounce jig head put a piece of chovy about a inch long on it and drop it straight down almost ...more under the dock I've caught 17 in

  15th str, dock hopping balboa Island, balboa Island public dock, 15th Street is probly the most fun it's on balboa Peninsula all do is go across the street ...more and get anchovies @andy_valdez48
