They have a strong backbone and a soft tip. This is a great combo. Getting ready to hit the inshore and nearshore for some big fish!

      They probably fixed them up on the generation 2 rods. Have you had any problems with the generation 2 rods? @Team_Stealth

      I got one in July of 2012 the 7'9" spinning rod, the 7'9" casting rod in march of 2013, the 7'6" offshore spinning rod in November of ...more 2013, and the 8' spinning in January 2014

      The action on the rods are great except that the guides are junk, I've had the second guide on all four of my rods pop off, 3 tips, and 2 of the largest guides ...more otherwise they're great rods
