They work great with a weighted gap hook. They come in a 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, and 8 inch. But they are very versatile. @Texas_Slam

  Yeah I haven't tried the v tail it seems like it may be better for more finesse or sight casting.

  Yeah i like the boot tail for calico bass but for large mouth the v tails seem to work better
