How is the ice looking on Minneapolis area lakes? (Nokomis, Taft, etc) Is it thick enough yet?

  Lake Nokomis is 15-16 inches

  Was out on Harriet over the weekend, bout 12 inches on north end of lake.

  Have fished Taft 3-4 times. About 5" of ice before this rain. Not catching many fish out there though

  Noticed Taft has an ice house on it yesterday

  Bush in Bloomington had 4-5" of clear ice with an inch or 2 of snowy/cloudy ice or snow on top.

  I doubt it, especially with this recent heat wave
