    Has anybody been out lately fishing for walleye. Was wondering whats been going on. Is the water level still up and temp. still down. Coming up in three weeks ...more taking my dad and his friend out.

      Water level is high but not extreme. Don't expect to see many sandbars so be careful navigating the river above the lake. Water temps are cooler than normal ...more for this time of year so don't be afraid to look for warmer water on shallow flats near channel depressions. Check closer to shore too if you're working a river channel.
