Went out on the 15th. Launched from Starved Rock and ran to the I39 bridge. I marked fish but was not able to close the deal. I was pulling 3 ways with number 9 ...more floating raps. I wish I had some meat with me but couldnt find an open baitshop in the area. Visibility was 6 inches and water temp 53-54 degrees.
