    I am new to fishidy and dont really know how all this works but I am going down on April 23-27 first time on Lake Chickamauga Lake. Any advise or suggestions would ...more be awesome.

      We put in mostly at Chester Frost, that was the best landing, we also put in Soddy Creek(steep), and Sale which was 5 bucks to park.

      Thanks Travis. Really appreciate the information. Looks like the water temps are starting to get right down there. Still around 45 here in central KY. Which part ...more of the lake did you put in at? We are staying at the Island Cove Marina.

      Water temps 55-60 degrees, big fish came mostly on umbrella rigs, good luck!

      just left chickamauga, caught fish on jerk baits and umbrella rigs, right now the fish and bait are all in river channels and secondary channels. We caught fish ...more where the channels swung into bluff walls, banks, as well as the main river channel. wate

      Thanks Bryan. I have heard alot of good things about the lake. Really excited about going. Would love to get a guide but there are about 7 of us going. It is a trip ...more we take every year with the guys from work. We usually go to KY but decided to change it up a little bit this year. Not trying to steal anyones honey hole just trying to get a good feel for the lake and what will work.

      Daniel I'm also going down for the first time the 5th thru the 13th of April. Will share what I figure out. Were hiring a guide for Monday and recommend you ...more do the same if possible. I've buddied with a few locals ands have reciieved what appears to be some good spots. Spawn should be hot then and some of the coves, bays and sloughs with stumps should be good. I just purshased a map that shows some good stuff. Hope this helps.
