Was about 9:30pm July 6th, 2018 and I had heard the Louisville Belle was coming up the river. I have always wanted to see a paddle boat come thru and to see it at night well I just coudn't pass it up. While my husband, my son, and I were waiting we decided to throw out a few lines. The paddle boat went past and few mintues later one of the rods went down. My husband handed me the rod and i started reeling in. After about a good 10 minute fight I could see him come up to the surface. We were able to net him and get him up into the boat. This has been my biggest catch thus far. 70lb Blue Catfish-We are also firm believers in CPR(Catch-Photo-Release)
