Other than the good fishing this long(er than planned) weekend that was supposed to be a quick easy getaway was not exactly what we wanted. We booked an actual site with full hookups in WY thinking we could just shave off about an hour of drive time and have nothing to do but set up and fish. Dead wrong! Before we even left our home site in Colorado our toilet handle/valve breaks. Of course the rv place nearby doesn't sell the parts for our model. We figure we'll figure it out in WY and keep trekking along. Once we get to our site one of our rear jacks fails. And last but not least my truck which we brought along for getting around better from spot to spot decides to go into a limp mode. 😭😭 Surely the beginning was the end of our vacay I thought but we found work arounds for the trailer and got my truck back up and running luckily! We sure do have the worst luck when it comes to this stuff so I was more than happy this was my first real catch of the trip.
