New regs on Barracuda. Slot limit. Supposed decrease in numbers. ??? Huh ??? Thank God they don't hafta actually catch fish for a living! I can catch them from the grass flats-20'-40'-60'-120'-240' and have even caught then trolling out to 2000'.
