I read about this pond, Williams Mill, just south of Delmar, DE, last year. I have visited it multiple times and decided to give it a try this weekend. I caught lots of bluegill and black crappie. But I was also looking for big pickerel. I got this one just a small set of lily pads. He measured 23 inches! Fun fight w/ a great fish ! Weather conditions: cold and drizzly, air temps in low 50s.
