Was at my buddy's bayhouse near SLP when we saw this gar swimming on the surface. He wouldn't bite anything we threw at him but he was close enough to simply scoop him in a net. After we got a closer look, we saw that he was missing lots of scales, his fins were torn up, and his mouth was bleeding. We quickly took a pic and released him. Any ideas to what was wrong with him?
