Trekked to a secluded spot I spied on the map. Nice calm area with a couple opposite bank lay downs after a long rocky riffle. Lots of overhead cover made casting a challenge. Third cast with the balsa minnow upstream of the first lay down this 13 inch smallmouth grabbed on to the lure.
