Friend and I caught various fish. Perch and Rock Fish is caught mostly in the inner corner of Fort Baker facing inland using shrimp and I think a number 10 or 6 hook but I don't remember which size, sorry. Jack Smelt was caught facing the bay. Use a floater and the same bait with same size hook.
