Yesterday I had a nice little outing in the kayak at a spot I had only fished once before. Got lots of bites on the pink Nikko worm but most wouldn't commit and all the bass were very small. Also had some luck on the roadrunner grub with small bass, perch, and a bunch of big bluegill. Stopped for gar fishing for the last hour and was only able to hook into one average one.
