1030am, 90s. 4-5FOW, grass bottom, free floating the shiner off some reeds and Lilly's off the pier. Sat for good 1/2hr, turned around and pole popped. Snagged this nice little chunk. Got him up, good lip hook, noticed this trooper has been living with a offset hook in its throat. Couldn't remove it without killing it. So left it. Seems to be good. Pic and release. 🎣
