Overcast day with mild wind. Water was very chilly due to the massive amount of rain and releasing that LCRA has been doing. I was paddling over some sandy flats with a little vegetation that had began to grow and saw this guy cruising off to my right. First cast got him interested, second cast he followed, and the third cast he crushed the fly from a few feet away. Really cool to watch unfold
