I probably caught about 25-30 of these guys today at a small wooded pond. Only 11 were decent sized though. And something got ahold of 3!of them while on my stringer. Turtle I'm guessing? Never had that happen before.

Scott B 0Probably a turtle. It's happened to me & probably many others here. I've never seen them in the act, but have seen them approach the stringer with what ...more looked like nefarious intent.
