8 weeks later - out of the cast, wrist is healed, but fractured finger still in a guard. Couldn't take it any more, so went out and fished against the Dr's rec. Had a hard warm rain, muddy water, mid 60's overcast. Targeted newly flooded shore, wood and isolated submerged grass. Key was shallow spawn areas. Worked buzzer fast, recasting several times to same spot. Got 2, missed 4 - hand hurts
