Got this 14lb lahontan cutt on my 9.5' 6wt equipped with a jesse james custom 7/8 reel using a 30' shooting head with a sink rate of 8" per second. Built a leader about 6' long out of 15lb, 12lb, to 10lb seaguar flouro. Fishing out of my drift boat anchored in 15' water just off the second shelf, casting parallel to the shore. Letting it sink to the bottom and SLOWLY stripping back in
