its was proably 13-14 inches . I was by a bridge in rio vista I caught it on a penn 709Z and some weird custom rod on powerpro 20lb braid with a foot of 30 lb flurocarbon.. I just jigged the lure medium fast past the bridge... Good Luck fisherman out there
