For those interested in Bowfin, this is the spot. Even my wife connected...briefly. Be ready to reel with speed. A gator came up out of the water and grabbed a big one as I had just managed to get it to the dock. There seems to be a zone all in casting distance where you can see bowfin. We fished from 7 to 10 am. Caught a ton of pan fish once the gator returned. Have fun!
