Search the shallow flats of calm days to see redfish tailing. Cast beyond the redfish and bring your bait back close. Stop the bait next to the redfish and leave it still. The redfish will hit it. I recommend using pistol shrimp fly patterns and for all the non fly fishermen use gulp shrimp in new penny or rootbeer on a 3/0 weighted ewg hook. Good luck and happy spotting
