hey im not sure if im right but is this a tilapia? caught it on the mississppi jigging for crappies

      I guess since it was in the Mississippi they could've moved up from down south looking for cooler water in the summer

      ya i was super shocked when i caught it.. @TennesseeTroutboy first tilapia ever about 5 ft away from me in about 3ft of water next to a boat launch
