Finally got a big one on the sand! 61" black tip nailed a mullet I yakked 150 yards off the beach. Dropped the mullet below a sandbar at about 8 foot deep and waited. Gave me an almost 20 minute fight and even had a tag! Not too hot out 81 degrees with a water temp of 83 degrees. Little breeze blowing north west towards the main land. So stoked for this big black tip!
