Caught this bass right off of the bank on a steady retrieve with one of my favorite lures, the Rapala rippin' rap. I saw it blow up on some bait fish and casted past it. Conditions were windy, right at sunset and poor visibility in the water. Fish is 13" and 1 lb 1 oz.
