OMG, just ate Bonnethead Shark for the first time. Wow, it was incredible. Bleed him after it was first caught. Iced it down right away. Prepared it simple....egg wash, seasoned breadcrumbs and creole spice. Fried until golden brown, served with yellow rice and a veggie. Yum.....I'm a new fan.
