Caught a Spotted (Speckled) Trout on Texas City Dike using a live shrimp under popping cork

Fished 9:30 to 3:00 am, tons of people on the dyke. 6 eaters and some throw backs. Two 1000w bulbs shining onto the water, hit the shrimp like they were mad at em.
