After catching the last crappie I figured out that they were in a lower water column than the bluegill so I changed out the Berkeley maggot for a Berkeley minnow on my bluegill pole and fished it lower. I caught 10 crappie and another 3 came off before I could bring them in. 4lb invisigreen line, 1/32 oz jig hook, bobber and Berkeley minnow. Small twitches on the pole to move the minnow.
