Caught my first black crappie ever. I was fishing my bluegill setup with a small float, 1/32 oz jig hook and a Berkeley maggot. I fished it closer to the bottom at about 3ft of depth and the crappie inhaled it. Caught about 30ft from the dock at Spring Lake.
