Waded out to 3FOW casted out and bounce off the bottom. A lot of bait on the surface but no top water action. Water was calm most of the time. When the wind picked up due to rain in the distance the water got choppy. Mostly cloudy and little drizzle. Fish weren't biting but luckily wasn't skunked.17 in flounder was the skunk savior!!!
