78 degrees, no wind, casted out with a bottom rig.hooked the shiner through the tail, he was in a few hundred yard flat of 3-4 foot water, slightly cloudy water, he was six pounds and had been chasing and eating minnows before we caught him, caught him at 7:45 this morning.
