Went out to a local pond today hoping to catch a couple decent size large mouth, but only ended up catching this guy. It was about 85°F and the water was pretty murky. I saw him around by the shore and I tossed my crank bait a couple feet from him and he attacked it when it went by him.

Bob Bob 0That water looks pretty clear to me I might just be used to the brown pond waters near me because of all the flooding and rain
