Maiden voyage of my kayak, managed this nice 3 pound chunk and another 2 pounder. Tried a variety of retrieves but just a steady reel seemed to work best today. Cloudy, slightly stained water, good spinner day. Tossing it around laydowns and throwing it parallel to rocky banks
