me and my buddy finally got into the crappie. fish were on fire, great day to be a fishermen!

  That's why crappie fishing is so much fun they are sometimes hard to pattern especially with our Ohio weather

  @Cat_Assassin we caught them in 3-5 foot of water. I was worried that I may have missed the spawn myself. but it looks like they have finally moved in. Ohio weather ...more messes up the spawn every year.

  @sipro were those shallow spawning crappie? The crappie at my go to spot were gone and pumpkinseeds have moved in and are bedding. I was surprised because I have ...more yet to catch dark spawning males
