Fishing near Catalina island off Pier point's salt water sport fishing boat "victory" for rockfish off the bottom on a dropper setup with squid and live anchovies. It was very cloudy and moderately windy but I'm not sure how deep the water was, but it was definitely caught more than a hundred feet deep.
