A first for me today. Caught this little gar while fishing for smallies. Never hooked one before, so I was pretty pumped about the new species.

  Sorry man. Never even saw this. It's a Lowe. Flat bottom with a tunnel. And it's jet drive instead of a prop. I absolutely love it. I'm able to run in ...more about 4 inches of water.

  @TennesseeTroutboy I set it right when he ate it. Thought it was a smallie so I didn't know. I hooked him right in the tip of the nose.
