Caught 6 baby bass with the bass pro white pearl soft plastic swim bait around the same area. then decided to upside to the brush hog. luckily I landed this 2lber on the second cast, working it through the under water grass lines on the ridge. this place is like a mini lake, all kinds of structure, flats and droppoffs. also tried out the piranhamax 150 I got for 35 off CL. 28ft deep in some spots!
