this was the picture from my last post that didn't load for some reason details are on my latest post but the spoonbill was between 20 - 25 lbs and the Buffalo was around 10-15

      @hoffy they have boney but clean white meat the big mouths are better than the the small mouth they are great smoked

      spoonbill are endangered species in indiana but I have never tried the Buffalo carp.... that carp looked really clean and health @hillbillyDeluxe
