Remember skouters if you don't catch a crappie on the first cast don't give up, they're tricky to locate. Once you find them you will fill up the boat. ...more Good luck and tight lines! -Skouting Report Team

Sometimes on warmer days the fish will suspend right below a ball of shad in 10-15FOW. Jigging crappie tubes or trolling crappie crankbaits along the channel wall ...more will produce fish.

•Lakes- Fish deep brush piles or better fish around or under docks. Most crappie are hanging around 10ft under docks. The Best bait is minnows but lures like tubes ...more (green), Bobby Garland (Monkey Milk)

•Ponds- Fish the deepest parts of the pond, fish any brush with jigs and minnows. If there isn't any brush they will suspend off the bottom, so a small Jerkbait ...more or grub will strike a reaction bite.
